Simply BRILLIANT loft ladders! A purchase you will never regret.
- IDEAL WHERE LOFT SPACE IS LIMITED - requires only 240mm/10" clearance arc in loft behind trapdoor so will fit the vast majority of lofts.
- Supported on a spring counterbalanced frame when stowed away.
- Probably the finest quality and most easily fitted loft ladders we sell at this price range!
- Large alloy treads are a comfortable 2½" ( 64mm ) deep with heavily ribbed non-slip surface.
- Simple to operate - open the hatch, pull down the spring-counterbalanced support frame with integral strap or alloy pole, and pull down the ladder.
- Beautifully finished with a smooth anodised coating for clean hands every time.
- Supplied mostly assembled and easy to install by one person! Watch installation videos for more info.
- No cutting required. Trapdoor NOT included.

ZTELOF26 Very pleased with the Zarges Telescopic Loft Ladder. Well made, easy to install and excellent for access where there is limited height clearance in the loft. Delivered promptly as well.

The service was very good, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong item initially - sorted quickly with a phone call and correct one came next day. Regarding the loft ladder, it is strong, well made and relatively easy to fit into a wide range of existing hatch openings large and small. These ladders are available under a variety of brand names in two different maximum lengths; take care to choose one long enough to span floor to floor distance not floor to ceiling. Regarding operating the ladder it is all good although some people may find it rather heavy when pushing it up to stow it - I’d hoped my wife would be happy to use it but she is not keen. Price at Ladders999 was the best I could find at the time on the net.
