UK law requires all ladders to be secured against unauthorised access when left against buildings or scaffolding or are permanent fixtures.
Tuff LadderGuards meet these HSE requirements to make the ladder unusable when correct size is chosen - at least 5 rungs must be covered and less than 50mm of each rung length exposed.
Alloy construction prevents rust and 2.5mm thickness provides long-term durability.
Hook over any ladder rung and secured with Chain & Padlock (supplied) with warning “DANGER” label on front.
Will not tilt or pull away from ladder so rungs are not exposed at front or rear.
Length 1860mm of both models ensures 5-7 rungs are always covered.
Choice of 2 WIDTHS for different ladder widths.
