Product Features
- Very similar to our De-Luxe Stairway loft ladder but with more sizes available for unusual size lofts.
- Heavy duty construction & real industrial duty.
- Very similar in design and operation to the "Industrial De-Luxe Stairway".
- Extra- wide comfortable treads and spring counterbalanced as above but without the smooth nylon slides.
- Although the "Industrial De-Luxe Stairway" (YDLX) above is generally better value for money, some of these "AL" sizes will fit where the YDLX won't fit. Note the smaller Loft Clearance Arc dimensions with AL1, AL2 and AL3 (though trapdoor sizes are larger than YDLX).
- Large single handrail supplied with option for a second.
- Max safe load 150kg (23.5stones).
- Two sizes AL4 and AL5 are suitable for unusually tall rooms.
- AL5 can be factory modified to fit up to 12' 6" / 3.88m Floor-to-Floor height. Please ring us to discuss this modification on 01452 520144 and state clearly that this is required ( adds £42.00 plus vat modif charge). Please quote code " ALMOD "
