Great product! Worth every penny & safety Comes first!

The product is good except for one problem: the adjustment does not allow me to set the ladder aid correctly, so the ladder sits an angle downwards.
The angle can be adjusted by using a brick thus making the actual ladder sit correctly on the aid. For this reason I give aid 4/5 and not 5/5.
Ladders999 comment - Thank you Gary for explaining your problem. We do make the point that this product will not suit ALL stairs straight out of the tin but we do provide the stairs dimensions in the PDF and in the More Information tab which it WILL suit without modification. We believe these dimensions include the vast majority of stairs but, yes, occasionally a solid slab or block may be needed underneath for unusually high risers.
